Carl Igwe (born 1978, age 38) is an American ex-US Marine who served as the spokesperson of the Praeda Corporation from 2006 till 2011.
Carl received significant criticism after it was discovered that most of his statements, responses and speeces were actually written by men assosciated with Jack Nigaud; who was at time though to be responsible for the kidnapping of Keith Bronsell, Jr.
